E-Mail communication and Internet are nowadays simply no more to be excluded and a meanwhile firm component of the communications network, both national and internationally. The statistics means even that the private and/or. business communication in the meantime more by E-Mail is made, than by means of the conventional correspondence or by means of fax.

Since the year 2007 are however some editions by the legislator issued, that is to be fulfilled from the enterprises to, if it concerns enamels for business interests. If these were expressed up to 2007 only as recommendation, then these are for now 3 years in business E-Mail traffic obligation. In each business E-Mail now general data must such as legal form, managing director and if necessary. Chairman, registry office, to find register number and the seat of the society in the E-Mail compellingly its, for example in the E-Mail signature. If the enterprises of this obligation do not follow, warnings threaten and in extreme cases even sensitive fines up to 5000 euro.

Therefore today many companies dispatch their business enamels with additional E-Mail signature, in which these whole data are registered. Some receiver, above all the private receivers as for example customers of an insurance company, a health insurance company or an other enterprise and again may be surprised at the larger abundance of the attaching E-Mail signature, than at actual contents of the E-Mail. On the other hand by this new law it was made clear that the obligation data necessary for business correspondence must be taken up now also compellingly to the business E-Mail correspondence.

Each business correspondence nevertheless contains these necessary obligation data by post office or fax also. Therefore it was only one question of the time, until this obligation intersperses itself also in the electronic post office world.

As a further important aspect is also those E-Mail security to call. For this purpose many enterprises use various E-Mail coding programs, in order to protect their business correspondence with confidential contents against undesired readers.
